FREEDOM Or A New Dictatorship?
"The coming of the Messiah will herald the greatest revolution in the history of mankind. It will mark the ultimate triumph of man over evil. One of the great problems with revolutions is that they usually fail. The new regime is usually as corrupt as the old one. The revolutionaries know what they wish to destroy, but they most often have no idea with what they wish to replace it. They never have a chance to really get the feel of the new order..."

The great hope of the Jewish people is the Messianic Age which will be followed by a time of universal harmony. It will be a time when man will learn to live at peace, both with his fellows and with nature. It will mark the end of all war, injustice and exploitation. In the Talmud the Messianic Age is called Yom SheKulo Shabbos ---the day when all will be Sabbath.

The Sabbath is a rehearsal for revolution: On every Sabbath, we partake of the Future world ---of the peace and harmony of the Messianic Age. The Jew who keeps Shabbos knows the meaning of true harmony and tranquility. He knows how to use it and how to elevate himself with it. When the Messianic revolution comes, he will not be unprepared. By observing the Sabbath, he will be ready for the Day When All is Sabbath" (Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan, Sabbath - Day of Eternity).

Expert: Arab Revolutions May Yet Yield Positive Results:
One of the things that Israelis fear most about the recent uprisings in the Arab world is the possibility that Islamist radicals or other violent militant groups could step into the vacuum created when the old regimes fall. With the current revolutions, though, veteran military correspondent Yisrael Katzover sees a glint of hope that things could end on a positive note.

“But the people in these countries, who have worked hard to get rid of their old dictators, are likely to want to make sure that their hard work does not fall into the lap of another set of dictators.”

Although Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi is still managing to hold onto power, it's just a matter of time before he departs the stage – but he is likely to take a lot of people with him. “Qaddafi is a classic dictator who is fighting a classic dictator's war for survival,” Katzover says, “including attacking his own citizens with his own military and hired mercenaries. The rebels have him backed into a corner, and he is clearly the type who would wish to go out as a martyr. Leaders like this usually end with a bullet in their head, or by their men putting a bullet in the heads of the people who oppose him.”

While one would think that whatever comes next in Libya would have to be better than Qaddafi's regime, Katzover says that things don't always work out that way. “Whatever the current situation, there are always worse possibilities, especially for Israel. You don't always get a democratic alternative – sometimes a worse dictator could emerge.” Often, those dictators come from well-organized opposition groups – in the case of the Arab world, usually the Islamists.

But just because the Islamist groups are better organized, in both Egypt and Libya, that doesn't mean that those groups will necessarily take control. “In Egypt, for example, it turns out that the population was not necessarily waiting for the Muslim Brotherhood to walk in and take control. The young generation that began the revolutions in the Arab world are connected to the internet, Facebook, and other social media, and seem to be aware of their goals,..” Katzover said (INN, 02/24/11).

VIDEO: Leading Sunni Scholar Sheik Yousuf Al-Qaradhawi Calls for the Egyptian Army to Replace the Government and Prays to Allah for the Conquest of the Al-Aqsa Mosque (MEMRI, Feb. 18, 2011). "I call upon the youth to maintain their spirit. The revolution is not over yet. Do not think that the revolution is over. The revolution continues. We must contribute to the building of the new Egypt, Egypt which has learned a lot from this revolution. Continue your revolution and protect it. Beware that nobody steals it from you. Protect this revolution. Beware of the hypocrites, who are ready to put on a new face every day.

A message to our brothers in Palestine: I harbor the hope that just like Allah allowed me to witness the triumph of Egypt, He will allow me to witness the conquest of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and will enable me to preach in the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Oh, the sons of Palestine, rest assured that you will be victorious” ( Crowds: Amen). ”The Rafah border crossing will be opened for you. This is what I demand from the Egyptian army and from the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces.”

The Voice of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood
Muslim televangelist Youssef al-Qaradawi, 84, the father figure of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood, says what the Brotherhood in Egypt thinks. Al-Jazeera television has been broadcasting Qaradawi's program "Shariah and Life" every Sunday for the past 15 years to some 60 million Muslims.

Qaradawi advocates establishing a "United Muslim Nations" as a contemporary form of the caliphate and the only alternative to the hegemony of the West. He hates Israel and would love to take up arms himself. In one of his sermons, he asked God "to kill the Jewish Zionists, every last one of them." Former Egyptian President Nasser imprisoned Qaradawi three times because of his Islamist activities, and in 1961 he went into exile in Qatar (Der Spiegel-Germany).

Norway’s FM meets with MB slamming the West’s double standards: In an effort to break the West’s cycle of sidelining Egypt’s popular Muslim Brotherhood and support democracy in the country, Norway’s Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere met with MB members following the ouster of Mubarak who had continued to demonize the group and stem their activities during his rule (March 2, 2011). The Norwegian Embassy in Egypt had invited some representatives of the Brothers for lunch.

New Week, Another Kassam Attack on Israel from Gaza: Gaza terrorists launched another short-range Kassam rocket attack on Jewish communities in the western Negev Sunday morning. The missile exploded on the Eshkol Regional Council district ,.. The attack follows a week in which there were four missiles aimed deeper into Israel's soft southern region. On Friday, two rockets exploded in the area of Netivot. A third Kassam apparently never made it out of Gaza and instead exploded within the Hamas terrorist-ruled territory.

Terrorists fired a mortar at Israeli targets on Saturday. As with the Friday attacks, no one was injured and no damage was reported.

Earlier in the week, Gaza terrorists launched an attack with two long-range Grad-type Katyusha missiles at Be'er Sheva , the largest city in the Israeli south. One exploded in the small backyard of a home, causing considerable damage and trauma. Six adults and four children were taken to Soroka Hospital suffering with severe anxiety following the attack. The same day, a mortar shell was fired at IDF troops patrolling along the security fence, and five more mortar shells were fired by Gaza terrorists at Jewish communities in the Gaza Belt region (INN, 02/27/11).

Gaza's Islamist Rulers Hounding Secular Community : After nearly four years of Hamas rule, Gaza's small secular community is in tatters, decimated by the militant group's campaign to impose its strict version of Islam. Hamas has bullied men and women to dress modestly, tried to keep the sexes from mingling in public and sparked a flight of secular university students and educated professionals. Many left to study abroad and never returned. Others obtained refugee visas in Europe or found work in the Gulf. "In the end, the people who think differently are leaving," said Rami, 32, an activist in one of Gaza's few secular groups.

The trend toward religious fundamentalism preceded the Hamas takeover in June 2007. In recent years, hard-liners have burned down the cinemas. Their charred remains are still visible in Gaza City. Militants blew up the last bar in 2005. Today, plainclothes officers sometimes halt couples in the streets, demanding to see marriage licenses. (Feb. 25, 2011, AP-Washington Post). Al-Qaradawi is also the spiritual adviser for the Arab ’Palestinian’ Authority terrorist group, Hamas. (Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center)

Will Arab Revolt Spread to Palestinians? As Arab uprisings spread across the Middle East, Palestinian leaders face their own crisis of legitimacy. PA leader Mahmoud Abbas' mandate expired more than two years ago, but he remains in power. Parliamentary elections were cancelled in 2010 and are now over a year late. The parliament in Ramallah has not passed a law for more than three years. Palestinians remain politically and geographically split - with the Islamist Hamas in power in Gaza and Fatah running the West Bank. "After Egypt and Tunisia, God knows who might be next," joked Mr. Abbas in a speech in Ramallah last week. "Don't laugh. It might be me" (BBC News, 23 Feb, 2011).

Hamas, PA Two-Faced on Facebook Revolutions at Home: Mass demonstrations sweeping North Africa and the Middle East have inspired some disgruntled Arabs in Judea, Samaria, and Gaza to try to organize their own 'Facebook Revolution.’ But while the PA and Hamas have supported such movements abroad, they are cracking down on them as they begin to emerge at home (INN, 03/02/11).

Will Palestinians Revolt Against Their Two Governments? The power struggle between Hamas and Fatah is not one between good guys and bad guys: It is a power struggle between bad guys and bad guys. Hamas is bad; but who said that Fatah is any better? Hamas is in power mainly thanks to Fatah's corruption and bad governance. Almost every day, Palestinians are arrested by Hamas or Fatah and held without trial (Hudson Institute-New York).

Female Circumcision -- 90 Percent of Childbearing Women in Egypt? Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting (FGM/C) is usually carried out between infancy and 15 years of age to keep women "pure," marriageable and unable to enjoy sex. Consequences include severe bleeding, childbirth complications, and of course pain (Huffington Post, Feb. 11, 2011).

Al-Qaradawi also has expressed his support for female genital mutilation (female circumcision) in a fatwa accessed in August 2007 by the

Investigative Project on Terrorism .
Responding to a query posted at Islam Online, the imam acknowledged the practice is not mandated under Islamic Shari'a law, but added, “whoever finds it serving the interest of his daughters should do it – and I personally support this under the current circumstances in the modern world.” (Al-Qaradawi Returns to Cairo After 50 Years, INN, 02/20/11).

Since Muslims claim that Islam is the very religion of Abraham they must account for the Quran’s failure of exhorting Muslims to honor the everlasting command given to Abraham that all his male descendents must be circumcised on the eight day. Some Islamic sources also encourage female circumcision, a very grotesque and inhumane act, which has no place in "the very religion of Abraham.”

Yemen, a Key US Ally May Fall as Al-Qaeda Urges Revolt: An al-Qaeda offshoot is encouraging revolt in Yemen.  The key U.S. ally faces new threats from two leading tribal groups, who join protesters one day after at least five people – and perhaps 11 – were killed in clashes on Friday. Amnesty International stated that 11 people died, bringing the total death toll to 27 since anti-government demonstrations began to demand the resignation of President Ali Abdullah Saleh, whose soldiers reportedly opened gunfire on protesters Friday night. The Yemen Solidarity Council, most of which is comprised of Saleh’s own Hashid tribe, demanded an end to the bloodshed. "The Yemeni people will not stay quiet on the blood that was spilled in Aden and we will avenge it for them," said Hussein Ahmar, president of the Council, whose withdrawal of support for Saleh has placed the ruler’s regime in jeopardy. "We call on all those loyal to Yemen to stand with the revolution until this regime falls,” he said.

Contributing to the threat to Saleh are high unemployment and a water shortage, circumstances that al-Qaeda is exploiting in its call for a Shi’ite revolution.

Yemen is a base for al-Qaeda’s attempts to attack the United States, and the Obama administration fears the fall of Saleh could set off full-fledged anarchy and terror in more areas in the Middle East.

The kingdom of Morocco also faced large-scale protests on Sunday, which were expected to be peaceful. Five people died in demonstrations last Sunday.

In Bahrain, another key American ally, senior Shi’ite opposition leader Hassan Mushaima has returned from exile and will likely strengthen protests against the regime.
Protests also continue in Algeria, where President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has deployed a large police force.

Tunisia , the interim government has temporarily banned all traffic, including that of pedestrians, on the capital’s main street after rock-throwing protesters clashed with police and soldiers, some of whom manned tanks. The opposition has accused the interim government of hijacking the revolution  (INN, 02/27/11).
Tunisian PM Resigns; Police Break Up Demonstrations in Capital (VOA News, 27 Feb, 2011).

Yemeni Cleric Joins Revolt, Urges Islamic State : Prominent radical cleric Abd al-Majid Zindani, a onetime mentor of Osama bin Laden, told several thousand antigovernment protesters in Yemen on Tuesday, "An Islamic state is coming." Zindani has long supported Yemen's president, Ali Abdullah Saleh, and his defection, which followed that of tribal leaders, was a sign of how quickly the president's support is dissolving, a senior administration official said. Since 2004, Zindani has been named a "specially designated global terrorist" by the U.S. Treasury Department, which accused him of a role in financing terrorism. (New York Times, March 1, 2011).

Bahrain is led by Sunni Muslim monarchs from the Khalifa family. The majority of the population is Shi'ite Muslim. Revolutions in Bahrain and Yemen could strike a serious blow to the international war on terrorism. Bahrain has been the Gulf state that most cooperates with the West, while Saleh has cooperated with the United States in the war on Al-Qaeda (INN, 02/18/11).

Tunisia Jews report harassment from protesters: “Passing before the synagogues, they said the prophet is coming back and the Jews should be careful, but they did not approach the synagogue because it’s very well-guarded (JPost, 02/15/2011).

VIDEO: Anti-Jewish Demo Raises Fears for Tunisian Jews: Dozens of Islamists demonstrated outside the synagogue last Friday and shouted, “Jews wait, the army of Mohammed is coming back,” and “We'll redo the battle of Khaybar” - a reference to the slaughter of Jews in what is now Saudi Arabia at the hands of Mohammed's army (INN, 02/18/11).

These Jews are the last remaining ancient Jewish community in Tunisia. These are Jews who have lived there long time before Arab occupiers took the land from the Berber indigenous community. Here we are shown what ’the 'wanted liberty and democracy’ can be used to.

Roman Catholic priest Fr. Marek Rybinski murdered by Muslim extremists in Tunisia: Fr. Marek Rybinski, a young Polish Catholic priest working in a Salesian school in Manouba, Tunisia, has been murdered.  The Tunisian police suspect Muslim extremists due to the nature of the murder.  Fr. Rybinski’s throat had been cut . Tunisians protest Polish priest murder: Up to 15,000 demonstrators took to the streets of Tunis on Saturday following the murder.  The demonstrators chanted "I'm Muslim, I'm secular, I am Tunisian," and “Religion is a private matter” after the Tunisian government initially identified “fascist terrorists” as being responsible for the brutal murder of 34 year-old Father Rybinski,.. Police say that the priest is the second Christian religious figure to be killed during the social unrest which led up to and followed the ousting of President Ben Ali in January. The Islamist Ennahdha (Renaissance) group in Tunisia has denounced the murder and urged "vigilance in order to ward off anything that could spark anarchy in our country."

A letter, addressed to “Jews” was sent to the mission in Tunis late last month demanding money and threatening violent consequences if the demands were not met. The letter was signed with a swastika. Bishop of Tunis, Monsignor Marun Lahham is reported to have told Italian media: “The ignorant think that all non-Muslims here are Jews” (, 19.02.2011).

Hundreds demonstrate for secular Tunisia: Hundreds of Tunisians have demonstrated for a secular state following the murder of a Polish priest, verbal attacks on Jews and an attempt by Islamists to set fire to a brothel. The murder occurred as hundreds of Islamists rallied in Tunis on Friday calling for the closure of brothels in the city.

A march on a street housing one of the best-known brothels was thwarted by police.

Ennadha, which was banned and crushed under Ben Ali and is seeking authorisation to resume its activities, called the demonstration a 'violation of the principle of liberty which we want to see rooted in our society' (bigpondnews, Feb. 20, 2011).

Tunisian Women's Rights in Jeopardy? The decades-old luxury of women's rights in Tunisia, a precedent-setting and unique phenomenon in the Arab world, may be in jeopardy. Tunisia has been at the forefront of the movement in the Arab world to ensure equal rights for women, and many women have been among the citizens recently demonstrating in the streets. That drive for freedom and democracy could backfire, however, if the low-income majority of the population decides to vote for an Islamist-run government.

When Moncef Marzouki, the exiled leader of the Islamic Movement ended his 20 years in France at Tunis' international airport two weeks ago, he was greeted by thousands. Marzouki, who leads the formerly banned CPR party and intends to run for president, urged supporters not to “let anyone steal this blessed revolution from you” (INN, 02/23/11).

North Korea threatens to attack South Korea, US - as the allies prepared to start annual joint military drills — maneuvers Pyongyang says are a rehearsal for an invasion.
It accused South Korea and the U.S. of plotting to launch “limited war” and topple Pyongyang’s communist government. If provoked, the North will start a “full-scale” war and turn Seoul into a “sea of fire,” the statement said. Earlier Sunday, the North’s military warned that it would fire directly at South Korean border towns and destroy them if Seoul continued to allow activists to launch propaganda leaflets (critical of North Korea’s government) toward the communist country (AAJ TV, Pakistan, AP, 27th Feb. 2011).

Few days ago a represesentative of the S. Korean government said leaflets with information about the unrest and revolt in the Middle East and North Africa were launched towards North Korea (27th Feb. 2011, ABC Nyheter).

The End is Near for Qaddafi: Rebels Control Most of Libya: Libyan rebels control most of Libya’s oil production facilities, take over another town and close in on Tripoli , Muammar Qaddafi’s sole base. Reporters in the city of Zariwa, where Qaddafi’s supporters took them to show how its forces were in control, saw opposition fighters flying their own flag and controlling barricades in the city, where intense fighting took place last week.

Virtually the entire world has turned against Qaddafi, with the Arab League, the
United Nations Security Council and Western powers demanding he end his slaughter of opponents and his 41-year-long rule. The Libyan delegation to the Arab League in Cairo has condemned Qaddafi for "heinous crimes against unarmed citizens."
A bloody battle is in store in Tripoli, where opponents to the regime fear Qaddafi will unleash planes to bomb them, as he did last week to prevent rebels from reaching munitions stored in an abandoned military base.

The U.N. Security Council resolution Saturday against Qaddafi included an unprecedented call to the International Criminal Court hear evidence of his war crimes. Latest reports indicate that Qaddafi's troops and mercenaries have murdered well over 2,000 people (INN. 02/27/11). US Declares Support for Rebel Libyan Government (INN, Feb. 27, '11).

Qaddafi Crushed the Graves in the Jewish Cemetery: Before Qaddafi took over, Libya had ancient synagogues, all of which are gone and some of which have become mosques. “There was a whole cemetery in Tripoli, 130 acres in size, on top of  which buildings were constructed, complete with roads and everything," said Meir Kachlon, Chairman of the World Organization of Libyan Jews. "Qaddafi crushed all the graves and threw them into the sea. The world was silent. When they saw him doing it, nobody asked: ‘What is he doing to that cemetery? Why did he destroy the Jewish cemetery?’”

Despite the grave looking situation in his country of origin, Kachlon expressed hope that things will get better. “I hope that there is room for optimism," he said. "I want Qaddafi's punishment to come from those beloved dead ones whom he took and threw into the sea” (INN, 02/25/11).

UN Human Rights Council at Work: Praise for Libya 4 Months Ago: It is hard to believe, but less than four months before Qaddafi’s forces massacred protesters, the United Nations Human Rights Council members praised him for promoting human rights (INN, 02/27/11). Muammar al-Gaddafi  has been a brutal dictator since 1969, his brutality reached the top last wednesday, when he used fighterplanes against his own people in Brega. Last year, al-Gadaffi, who was behind the deadly Lockerbie bombing, was welcomed to
UN Human Rights Council , and now he is suddenly kicked out! Moreover,  “How can we allow Saudi Arabia to sit on the United Nations Human Rights Council when it is one of the greatest abusers of Human Rights?

Arab Revolutionary Juggernaut Rolls into Oman, 2 Killed: Police fired rubber bullets at demonstrators, who then set on fire several government buildings, including a police station. In response, Oman’s Sultan Qaboos bin Said ordered the creation of 50,000 jobs and a grant of nearly $400 a month for every person who seeks employment. However, violence has escalated as demonstrators demand government reform in the country, where political parties are banned. They torched an official government residence, homes and a supermarket.

Oman, located on the Arabian Peninsula, shares with Iran control of the Strait of Hormuz, at the mouth of the Persian Gulf, where nearly half of the world’s oil tankers sail. Middle East observers – and investors – are keeping a sharp eye on Saudi Arabia, where “Day of Rage” protests are scheduled on March 11 and March 20 to demand reforms. (INN,
02/28/11 ).

Women's Rights in Saudi Arabia?! by Prof. Phyllis Chesler: Is Saudi Arabia's the next capital of Islamic feminism? Look at these cartoons from the Saudi Women Revolution Facebook page! They've got a long way to go... In  the midst of a Middle East meltdown, in the midst of the most dangerous mayhem and madness, can a feminist and human rights revolution really be brewing in…Saudi Arabia?

We know that Saudi Arabia is exceptionally barbaric towards its women and to all progressive thought. Women are not allowed to drive, and they cannot travel, accept employment, or open a bank account without the approval of a male relative. In addition, Saudi women must be fully veiled from head to toe and from front to back, and they must submit to arranged child marriage and to polygamy.
Sharia law rules. Thus, adultery, choosing a husband of one’s own, or refusing to marry, might be privately punished by solitary confinement, beatings, or being honor murdered. Adultery or failure to veil might lead to execution by the religious police or by the state.

VIDEO: Iran’s Gender Apartheid against Women: As anti-Zionists prepare for ‘ Israel Apartheid Wee k ,” a new video documents Iranian mistreatment of women. WARNING: Some scenes may be inapproriate for children. Created by the organization, the film compared the rights of women in Iran with those in South Africa in the days of Apartheid. “This oppression of Iranian women is reminiscent of black apartheid in South Africa,” FreeMiddleEast says. “Let's stop Iran's Gender Apartheid together." (INN, 03/06/11).

Iranian Human Rights Abuses Against Women Spotlighted Near UN: Graphic depictions of the most egregious forms of human rights abuses against women in Iran took center stage at a special seminar in New York City on March 3rd. Sponsored by Iran180, which spotlights the litany of human rights abuses that take place on a daily basis in Iran, the seminar was entitled, "Securing Gender Equality: Iran and the CSW" (INN, 03/04/11 ).

Honor Killings: There are 1000’s of Arab women murdered annually by fathers and brothers in “honor killings.” They are denied legal protection by bogus judiciaries. No such horror is tolerated in Jewish society. One can not equate the rights of people living under democracy to those being terrorized by living under dictatorial regimes that deny due process of the law.

There is nothing in the Koran, the book of basic Islamic teachings, that permits or sanctions honor killings. However, the view of women as property with no rights of their own is deeply rooted in Islamic culture, "Women are considered the property of the males in their family irrespective of their class, ethnic, or religious group. The owner of the property has the right to decide its fate..." See 'Sharia Law'

Saudi Arabia Shuts Down Shi'ite Protests:  The Saudi Arabian government has clamped down on protests by Shi'ite Muslims. In an announcement broadcast on Saudi state television, the Interior Ministry prohibited all marches and protests in the kingdom. The statement warned that security forces will use every means necessary to prevent any attempt to cause public disorder.

A ministry spokesman added that the law of the kingdom prohibits any form of protest, demonstration, or strike, including a call for such action, claiming it contravenes Sharia law, as well as Saudi traditions and values. He accused unnamed parties of trying “to get around the systems” and “achieve illegitimate goals,” according to a report by CNN (INN, 03/06/11).

’Days of Rage’ Spreading to Africa?   The government of Zimbabwe has arrested dozens of political activists in an attempt to stop protesters from igniting a “Day of Rage.” The 45 activists were indicted Wednesday on charges of treason after watching videos of North African protests.  Police testified the activists were discussing the possibility of holding similar demonstrations in Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe has voiced support for the so-called “two-state solution” between Israel and the Palestinian Authority since 2001.

Zimbabwe has one of the lowest life expectancies on the planet – 44 for men and 43 for women, down from 60 in 1990. The rapid drop has been attributed mainly to the HIV/AIDS pandemic. Infant mortality rose from 5.9 percent in the late 1990s to 12.3 percent by 2004.

A tiny group of some 260 Jewish souls remains in the 100-year-old Jewish community in Zimbabwe, residing primarily in Harare and Bulawayo. The country is also home to the Lemba tribe, which claims descent from the Jewish people (INN, 02/24/11).

PM See 'an Earthquake and a Sandstorm in the Middle East':    "There is an earthquake and a sandstorm seizing the entire area from Afghanistan to Gibraltar," Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told visiting Chilean president Sebastian Pinera Sunday. "There is one stable country in between and that's Israel, because we are firmly anchored in democratic values, and we hope for the best in our region," he added (INN, March 6, 2011).

Israel a Model for Arab Success : In order to survive, Arab and Muslim societies are going to have to forget about the notion of an Islamic alternative to modernity and will instead have to adopt what they have typically described as Western values but are in reality the universal values of political modernity.

The Arab model for success is not Iran, or Turkey, but Israel, the one country in the region that lives those values. Last year Israel ranked 17th out of 58 of the world's most economically developed nations, while the country's economy was rated the most durable in the face of crises and rated first in investments in research and development centers.

The college graduates who took to the streets in Cairo to protest their lack of opportunity are simply not prepared to compete with the rest of the world. The only scenario is for them to become more like Israel.

The longer the Arabs continue to make Israel the focus of rejectionism and hatred, the more impossible it will become for them to arrest the death-spiral of their societies and economies. The inability of Western observers who claim to care about the fate of these societies and their people to make this point clearly and repeatedly has only damaged the cause of Arab social and political development (Tablet).

Police Fire Rubber Bullets, Wound 15, in Outpost Destruction: Residents of the community, located in Samaria near Kedumim, tried to resist the destruction, and clashes broke out, escalating to the point that special police forces used rubber bullets and tear gas, generally employed at mass riots. The police denied they used rubber bullets and claimed that they employed paintball guns to against stone throwers. The government has targeted Gilad Farm dozens of times the past several years, although it is on private property owned by the Zar family, who named the farm after their son Gilad, murdered by Arab terrorists in a shooting attack several years ago.

The community is considered illegal by the government “because Barak has not signed the papers approving construction,” David HaIvri, director of the Shomron (Samaria) Liaison Council, told Israel National News. He added he does not understand how authorities determine which home to destroy. Gilad Farm residents have pointed out several times that the government does not raze hundreds of illegally built Arab homesin the immediate area. Gilad Farm also has been the target of Arab terrorists, leftists and anarchists, who have torched the farm’s fields and attacked residents with firebombs (INN, 02/28/11).

Do you know that Shuva (RETURN) Israel donors from many countries, including Norway, helped these families to piece their life back together after the Arab arson attack on the Second Day of Rosh Hashanah 2009? Shuva Israel also completed school building and paving of an asphalt circle in Havat Gilad, Samaria. The small strip of pavement enable buses to make a full circle when picking up and dropping off school children - avoiding a potential disaster.

Cabinet Rejects Sovereignty on Jewish Towns of Judea, Samaria:The Ministerial Committee for Legislation rejected Sunday a bill that would have placedthe Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria under Israeli sovereignty. The bill would have removed the threat of "construction freezes" and similar steps from the communities in Judea and Samaria, by taking them out of the jurisdiction of the Defense Ministry and Defense Minister Ehud Barak (INN, 02/20/11).

Israel to Assist in Housing Projects for Gazans: The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) Wednesday reported initial Israeli agreement to facilitate completion of two large housing projects in Gaza, Kuwaiti news agency KUNA reported. UNRWA said its delegation received the commitment in a meeting Tuesday with the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT), Major-General Eitan Dangot. UNRWA media adviser Adnan abu Hasneh told KUNA that Maj.-Gen. Dangot relayed the promise to the delegation, and added that he hoped construction material would be brought into Gaza "quickly" to complete the projects "with all due haste" (INN, 03/09/11).

DISPUTED TERRITORIES- Forgotten Facts About the West Bank and Gaza Strip:In 1967, Israel fought a desperate war of self-defense and despite dire odds, won. As a result, the Jewish State not only survived, it also came into possession of additional lands, including territory that is of vital importance to its security.

The Jordanian and Egyptian Occupations:
The Jewish presence in the West Bank and Gaza Strip ended only with the 1948 War of Independence. Conquering these territories in a war of aggression aimed at destroying the nascent State of Israel, the Jordanians and Egyptians totally eliminated the Jewish presence in the West Bank and Gaza, forbidding Jews to live there and declaring the sale of land to Jews in those areas a capital offense.

It is worth noting that Jordanian and Egyptian rule came about as the result of their illegal invasion of 1948, in open contempt and rejection of UN General Assembly Resolution 181, which would have partitioned the British Mandate territory into a Jewish State and an Arab State. For this reason, the Egyptian and Jordanian seizures of the territories were never recognized by the international community.

Aggression vs. Self-Defense: International jurists generally draw a distinction between situations of "aggressive conquest" and territorial disputes that arise after a war of self-defense. Former State Department Legal Advisor Stephen Schwebel, who later headed the International Court of Justice in the Hague, wrote in 1970 regarding Israel's case: "Where the prior holder of territory had seized that territory unlawfully, the state which subsequently takes that territory in the lawful exercise of self-defense has, against that prior holder, better title." FROM  "OCCUPIED TERRITORIES" TO "DISPUTED TERRITORIES"

by Dore Gold.

The right of the Jewish people to national rebirth in its own country, was recognized in the Balfour Declaration of the 2nd November, 1917, and re-affirmed in the Mandate of the League of Nations which, in particular, gave international sanction to the historic connection between the Jewish people and Eretz-Israel and to the right of the Jewish people to rebuild its National Home.

On the 29th November, 1947, the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution calling for the establishment of a Jewish State in Eretz-Israel; the General Assembly required the inhabitants of Eretz-Israel to take such steps as were necessary on their part for the implementation of that resolution.

This recognition by the United Nations of the right of the Jewish people to establish their State is irrevocable. This right is the natural right of the Jewish people to be masters of their own fate, like all other nations, in their own sovereign State.
The Declaration of the Establishment of the State of Israel.

A Democratic Jordan is Palestine: We call upon the Kingdom of Jordan to declare itself the democratic nation state of the Palestinian people. 80% of Jordan's population are disenfranchised Palestinians and this declaration would be a decisive contribution to finally ending the Arab-Israeli conflict.

The Mandate charged Britain with securing the establishment of the Jewish national home, and safeguarding the civil and religious rights of all the inhabitants of Palestine.

The members of the League of Nations did not create the rights of the Jewish people, but rather recognized a pre-existing right, that had been expressed by the 2,000-year-old quest of the Jewish people to re-establish their homeland. Just a few months later, Britain decided to lop off 77 % of the land  and use it to establish the Hashemite Kingdom of Transjordan (Jordan). Now, Israel is left with less than 20% of the Mandate Land. See 'God's Eternal Nation'

Report: Deepening Rift Between Germany and Israel:The report also notes that over the past few months Merkel has made it clear to the Israeli government that it cannot expect unqualified support from Berlin if it allows the conflict with the PA to drag on.

“The situation in Egypt should not be seen as a reason not to continue the negotiation process,” the report quotes Merkel as saying at the Institute for National Security Studies at Tel Aviv University last month. “If we sit and wait, we might face an even more difficult situation.”

Israeli and German officials said that Merkel’s remarks were made after difficult talks with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. The officials also said that following the German vote at the UN, Netanyahu phoned Merkel to express his disappointment. In response, Merkel said: “How dare you? You are the one who has disappointed us. You haven’t made a single step to advance peace”  (INN, 03/10/11).

PA again refuses to consider state with interim borders: The PA’s announcement came in response to reports that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was considering seeking a long-term interim peace deal with the Palestinians that would include the establishment of such a state.

PLO Secretary-General
Yasser Abed Rabbo, who serves as a close adviser to Abbas, said that the Palestinians would not sign any interim or partial agreement with Israel. He said that any agreement with Israel must include international guarantees that it would be fully implemented according to an agreed timetable.

Abed Rabbo added that the conflict with Israel would not end before all agreements on the final-status issues are implemented. “Our top priority is to end the occupation of our lands and a withdrawal to the 1967 borders, including east Jerusalem, and a just solution to the case of the Palestinian refugees on the basis of the Arab peace initiative [of 2001],” he said.

The Palestinians are also not worried about the possibility that Israel might unilaterally withdraw from parts of the West Bank without coordinating the move with them, Abed Rabbo said.

Abbas’s ruling Fatah faction also voiced its opposition to the idea of a Palestinian state with temporary borders and called for a full Israeli withdrawal to the 1967 lines. “Israel’s failure to abide by international resolutions proves that the current Israeli government is not ready for peace on the basis of a twostate solution,” said
Osama Kawasmeh, a Fatah spokesman in the West Bank. “There will be no agreement with Israel unless it includes the establishment of a sovereign and independent Palestinian state, with east Jerusalem as its capital” (Jerusalem Post, ). Abbas: No to State with Provisional Borders: President Mahmoud Abbas Tuesday reiterated his position that the Palestinians will not agree to a Palestinian state with provisional borders. He was responding to reports that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is going to propose giving the Palestinians a state with provisional borders as a temporary solution (WAFA, 9/3/2011).

“You can’t be against the Islamization of Europe, and, at the same time, support the Arabs in the Israel-Palestinian conflict” (Kent Ekeroth).

Germany Will Become Islamic State, Says Chancellor Merkel: Merkel said that Germans have failed to grasp how Muslim immigration has transformed their country and will have to come to terms with more mosques than churches throughout the countryside, "Our country is going to carry on changing, and integration is also a task for the society taking up the task of dealing with immigrants,..” "For years we've been deceiving ourselves about this. Mosques, for example, are going to be a more prominent part of our cities than they were before.” The Chancellor’s remarks represent the first official acknowledgement that Germany, like other European countries (France, UK, Netherlands, etc), is destined to become a stronghold of Islam. She has admitted that the country will soon become a stronghold (Europe News, Sept. 2010).

PA Foreign Minister says Quartet May Postpone Meeting to after Netanyahu makes proposal (which he is expected to make at the May meeting for the pro-Israel lobbying group in Washington, AIPAC).:Foreign Minister Riyad Malki criticized the US position saying that it will only be a waste of time since Netanyahu’s ideas have already been made public in various spheres.

Netanyahu is expected to accept a long-term Palestinian state with provisional borders in parts of the West Bank and Gaza Strip without any control for this state over occupied East Jerusalem or even the Jordan Valley, which Netanyahu recently said will remain under Israeli military control in any peace agreement.

Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad said Tuesday that the Palestinians will not accept a state without Jerusalem or the Jordan Valley, which makes up a large percentage of the area of the West Bank and where Fayyad aims to start many development and tourism projects and build an airport (WAFA, 9/3/2011). Israel is the only FREE democracy in the Middle East today. Throughout its history Israel has been threatened by enemies, e.g  Christians, Hitler, the Nazis and Ahmadinejad, who preferably want Israel ”wiped off the map.” Anti-Semitism and its Roots: Anti-Semitism as an Expression of Oposition to Jewish Ideals By Robert Wolfe.

Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood Leader in Tehran Calls for Israel to Be "Wiped Off the Map"This week, Kamal al-Halbawi became the first Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood leader to visit Tehran. There he announced that he wanted for Egypt what Iran has today: "a true Islamic state." "Egypt and the world of Islam as a whole need leaders like President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad," he said. Egypt should join "a new world order with Iran and Venezuela plus Hizbullah and Hamas to chase away the Americans." "Every night when I go to bed, I pray to wake up the next day to see Israel is wiped off the map" (New York Post).

Hamas Asks Rival Fatah to Reconcile for "Jihad" Against Israel: Hamas chief Khaled Mashaal on Sunday called for reconciliation between Hamas and Fatah based on "jihad" against Israel, in a speech in Khartoum broadcast live on Sudanese state television."The first step [to liberating Jerusalem] is refusal to negotiate with Israel...and to establish a new, reconciled Palestinian position based on jihad," he said. Sudan's President Omar Bashir said, "What is going in the region is a prelude to the battle for Jerusalem. And we are committed to supporting the [Palestinian] people of Jerusalem in their jihad." (AFP-Jordan Times).

MK Danon to Netanyahu: Do Not Cede Land to Arabs: MK Danny Danon (Likud) has begun collecting signatures from heads of the local Likud branches for a letter in which he calls on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu not to announce any territorial concessions to the Palestinian Authority in Judea and Samaria. Danon’s initiative comes amid reports that Netanyahu is planning to make a new policy statement on PA demands.

“We all heard of the intention of the Prime Minister to deliver a speech in May in Washington in which he will declare the creation of a Palestinian state and will announce that he will give land in Judea and Samaria to the Palestinians,” Danon said on Wednesday. “This is unacceptable. This is not the Likud policy. We were not elected to implement the ideology of Ehud Barak and the Labor party (INN, 03/09/11).

Distress Signal By Rabbi Raymond Beyda: "A king was once traveling when he heard a woman's cries for help in the woods nearby..."

Leviticus 26:3,6 "If ye walk in My statutes, and keep My commandments, and do them;.. I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid; and I will cause evil beasts to cease out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land..."

Ezekiel 34:25-31 "And I will make with them a covenant of peace (Isaiah 54:10, Deut. 6:24-25, Isaiah 32:17-18, 48:17-19), and will cause evil beasts to cease out of the land; and they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.

And I will make them and the places round about My hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in its season; there shall be showers of blessing. And the tree of the field shall yield its fruit, and the earth shall yield her produce, and they shall be safe in their land; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bars of their yoke, and have delivered them out of the hand of those that made bondmen of them.

And they shall no more be a prey to the nations, neither shall the beast of the earth devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make them afraid.
And I will raise up unto them a plantation for renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the nations any more. And they shall know that I the LORD their God am with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are My people, saith the Lord GOD. And ye My sheep, the sheep of My pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord GOD.”

Hosea 2:18-22 "And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call Me Ishi, and shalt call Me no more Baali. For I will take away the names of the Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be mentioned by their name.
And in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping things of the ground; and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the land, and will make them to lie down safely.  And I will betroth thee unto Me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto Me in righteousness, and in justice, and in lovingkindness, and in compassion. And I will betroth thee unto Me in faithfulness; and thou shalt know the LORD."

G-d's plan for a perfect world will be fulfilled only when the Children of Israel dwell securely in their own Promised Land, fulfilling all the commandments that are bound up with the Land. We must have complete faith that G-d will bring this about (Rabbi Avraham Greenbaum).

Deuteronomy 4:30-31 "In thy distress, when all these things are come upon thee (the choice between the blessing and the curse, Ch. 30, i.e., accepting the Torah or not), in the end of days, thou wilt return to the LORD thy God, and hearken unto His voice;
for the LORD thy God is a merciful God; He will not fail thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which He swore unto them." See Deut. 11:26-28. Ch 28, Leviticus Ch. 26.

Tsunami Hits Japan after Massive Quake: A tsunami hit northern Japan on Friday morning, following on the heels of an 8.8 earthquake. Video footage showed waves estimated at 7-10 meters high hitting the city of Sendai, which has a population of one million... At the same time, aftershocks of the earthquake continue to rock the country...

The disaster caused a drop in Asian stock markets. Other countries in the Pacific faced tsunami warnings as well. The United States Pacific Tsunami Warning Center extended its warning to cover countries including Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, and even Chile. New Zealand and Indonesia issued their own warnings as well (INN, 03/11/11).

"Don't create a scenario where He might feel that He needs to create a situation that will emit a distress signal. It only takes a minute to recognize the Boss but it can save from hours of aggravation"  (Rabbi Raymond Beyda).

Nuclear Meltdown Fears in Japan; 12,000 Dead or Missing: Workers at two nuclear plants in Japan are struggling to prevent a meltdown in the wake of a powerful earthquake,a tsunami, and an explosion. Crews flooded an overheated reactor core with sea water in hopes of heading off a disaster (INN, 03/12/11).

Arab Terrorists Murder Family in Samaria, Including Infant:Arab terrorists murdered five people in a family in the Jewish community of Itamar, in northeast Samaria, around 9 p.m. Friday night. The only survivors were a 12-year-old girl, who returned from a Bnei Akiva youth group event to discover her parents and three of her brothers and sisters, including a three-month old baby girl, dead in pools of blood, and two younger brothers, who were sleeping a separate room.

The United States, which has pressured Israel to ease security procedures, condemned the attacks and offered its condolences to the survivors and “to the Israeli people.” It urged the Palestinian Authority to "unequivocally" condemn the murders.

A statement by PA Prime Minister Salam Fayyad simply stated, "We are against violence and condemn it regardless of the circumstances, identity of the victims or the goals,” but he did not state that the PA would help search for the perpetrators.

He also did not condemn the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, which took responsibility for the attack. In a statement to the media, the terrorist cell of the Fatah faction headed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas claimed that the attack was a “heroic operation, part of the natural response to the massacres of the fascist occupation against our people in the West Bank and Gaza Strip” (INN, 03/12/11).

Three Year Old Stabbed in the Heart, Baby's Throat Slashed: The initial findings of the investigation into the terrorist massacre in the Israeli town of Itamar in Samaria Friday night show that the Fatah ‘Freedom Fighters’ stabbed the Fogel family's sleeping three year old in the heart and slashed the throat of his three-month-old sister (INN, 03/12/11).

Victims Indentified as Family of Rabbi Fogel of Yeshiva Itamar: The victims of the brutal murders at Itamar, in Samaria, Friday night are Rabbi and IDF tank unit officer Udi Fogel, his wife Ruth, 11-year-old Yoav, four-year-old Elad pictured) and three-month-old Hadas. Their funeral will take place at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Har Menuchot Cemetery in Jerusalem. The survivors, 12-year-old Tamar, eight-year-old Ro’ie and two-year-old Shai, are being cared for by their grandfather, Chaim Fogel, a resident of Nevei Tzuf, also in Samaria (INN, 03/12/11).

Defense Minister Ehud Barak has to resign, since he has totally miscalculated the Arab threat in the territories - as he "has removed several key security checkpoints and relaxed security inspections." He has also shown error in judgment when it comes to the Iranian threat.

Iran to build permanent naval base in Syria: Tehran will be setting in place the logistical infrastructure for accommodating incoming Iranian troops to fight in a potential Middle East war.

The Russians are willing to contribute towards the Iranian port's defenses and looking forward to cooperation between the Russian, Iranian and Syrian fleets in the eastern Mediterranean opposite the US Sixth Fleet's regular beat.

This unfolding proximity presents the United States with a serious strategic challenge and Israel with a new peril, which was nonetheless dismissed out of hand by Israel's defense minister Ehud Barak. In a radio interview Monday, Feb. 28, he brushed aside the Iranian warships' passage through the Suez as "an outing for cadets" which did not require an Israeli response. He added, "For now, there is no operational threat to Israel."

At a ceremony in honor of the Iranian Navy Commander Admiral Habibollah Sayyari, Syrian Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Ali Mohammad Habib said: "Iranian warships' presence in the Mediterranean Sea for the first time after 32 years is a great move that is going to cripple Israel" (DEBKAfile, March 1, 2011).

Iran Supreme Leader: U.S. Will Share Fate of Fallen Mideast Regimes: The U.S. will suffer the same defeat as that experienced by despotic Mideast regimes, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said Thursday. "Not only corrupted and despotic rulers but the United States and other world powers with an aggressive nature will finally suffer a defeat by nations and God's promises will come true," Khamenei said. (Ha'aretz, 10.03.11).

Abbas' double game: He tips Fatah to quietly endorse Itamar murders:Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas received a stern ticking-off when he called Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu Saturday night to condemn the savage murder Friday night by Palestinian terrorists of the parents and three small children of an Israeli family while they slept at their home at Itamar on the West Bank.  The Prime Minister knew Abbas had quietly ordered heads of his Fatah organization to throw its support behind the atrocity – which was why Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad was careful earlier to denounce "violence by any quarter" only in general terms (DEBKAfiles, March 12, 2011).

Palestinian Authority Sings for Terror’: PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, hours after the massacre at Itamar, met with a member of a song group that contributes to an “atmosphere of terror.” “The foundation of Fatah still is the use of terror -- which it calls resistance -- as the preferred tool to ‘free Palestine,’" he said in a special conference call with the media Saturday night. “

Through songs and school textbooks and by honoring terrorists, the Palestinian Authority calls for terrorist attacks, and children are told to prepare homework on a song written by an Egyptian in 1948 calling for terror.“ That is the kind of message the Palestinian Authority public gets from its leadership, even though they say to the world, ‘We are against violence because violence doesn’t pay, but that does not mean it is not legitimate; people who commit violence are our heroes." (INN, 03/13/11).

Gaza celebrates; Fayyad condemns terror attack
:Gaza residents from the southern city of Rafah hit the streets Saturday to celebrate the terror attack in the West Bank settlement of Itamar where five family members (former residents of Gush Katif, Gaza) were murdered in their sleep, including three children.

According to an unverified report, Fatah's military wing – the al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades– claimed responsibility for the attack. A group spokesman told a Palestinian news agency that a terror cell infiltrated the settlement of Itamar and committed the attack.  Residents handed out candy and sweets, one resident saying the joy "is a natural response to the harm settlers inflict on the Palestinian residents in the West Bank." (Ynet News, 03.12.11).

Fatah’s official armed wing contradicts repeated promises made by the Fatah leadership under various agreements it has signed with Israel and the U.S. to dismantle the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades.

Negotiations with the so-called 'Palestinians' must immediately come to an end. Israel has been a legitimate, sovereign state since time immemorial, which has been repeatedly conquered and its Jewish population repeatedly exiled. Jews have lived in Judea-Samaria and Gaza Strip continuously for 4000 years since Biblical times and throughout the centuries since then.

Zechariah 6:1-8 depicts the four chariots and the four horses, i.e., the four major powers that have oppressed and exiled Israel throughout history until today: Babylon (red horses), Medea-Persia (black horses), Greece (white horses) and Rome/Edom-Ishmael (botched, grizzled, ash-coloured).

And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from the LORD shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbour. And Judah also shall fight against Jerusalem;
and the wealth of all the nations round about shall be gathered together, gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance.

And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the ass, and of all the beasts that shall be in those camps, as this plague." See also Haggai 2:8-9, Ezekiel 38:18-23.

The lands of the Roman Empire came to be dominated by Edom and Ishmael, represented by Christianity and Islam. Both, one as strong as iron, the other as weak as pottery - comprise the latter day; fourth kingdom (Abarnel, Daniel 2:40-41, Ch. 7).

May HaShem avenge their blood, and may He comfort their family, friends and all Israel with redemption and the rebuilding of His Temple very soon in our days. Zechariah 1:15 "...and I am very sore displeased with the nations that are at ease; for I was but a little displeased, and they helped for evil." The nations that live in tranquility will face His anger for having caused Israel unwarranted suffering.
