The Night Of Broken Glass
"And I will pour out upon the house of David and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplications. And they shall look to Me because of those (all the Jews) who have been thrust through with swords, and they shall mourn over it (that slaughter) as one mourns over an only son and shall be in bitterness, therefore, as one is embittered over a firstborn son" (Zechariah 12:10, Hosea 11:1-4, Exodus 4:22-23). It is noteworthy that awareness of and mourning over the Holocaust have been a key theme in Jewish culture in our times (Rabbi Avraham Greenbaum).

The night between the 9th and 10th of November 1938, the Krystall Nacht, marks the beginning of the Holocaust, the systematic elimination of more than 6 million Jews, including 1,5 million children. This night 1.406 Synagogues were destroyed and set aflame, 7000 Jewish shops and homes were destroyed, 400 Jews were killed and thousands of Jews were injured, 30,000 Jews were arrested and 20,000 of them were sent to consentation camps. The Krystall Nacht remind us of what happens when an aggressor plans genocide, while the masses are indifferent or get carried away, actively as passive. In this way the tragedy began, which we could have prevented if we had done something .

Christian Bible translators mistranslation of Zechariah 12:10 NKJ

"... then they will look on Me whom they (the Jews) pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn."

Mark 10:33-34 "We are now going up to Yerushalayim, where the Son of Man will be handed over to the head cohanim and the Torah-teachers. They will sentence him to death and turn him over to the Goyim,  who will jeer at him, spit on him, beat him and kill him;.."

John 19:37 "And again, another passage says, "They will look at him whom they have pierced." Revelation 1:7 "Look! He is coming with the clouds! Every eye will see him, including those who pierced him; and all the tribes of the Land will mourn him. Yes! Amen!" (CJB).

The Christian mistranslation of Psalm 22:17(16) NKJ “For dogs have surrounded Me.The congregation of the wicked has enclosed Me. THEY PIERCED MY HANDS AND MY FEET.” P salm 22:16

Hebrew Scripture: "For dogs have encompassed me a company of evil-doers have inclosed me, LIKE A LION, THEY ARE AT MY HANDS AND MY FEET." Psalm 22:17(16)

In the words of Rabbi Tovia Singer: "When the original words of Psalm 22:17 (or Zechariah 12:10) are read, any allusion to a crucifiction disappears.

The ion of the word "pierced" into the last clause of this verse is a not-too-ingenious Christian interpolation that was created by deliberately mistranslating the Hebrew word KAARI as "pierced." The word kaari,
does not mean "pierced," it means "like a lion." The end of Psalm 22:17, therefore, properly reads "like a lion they are at my hands and my feet."

Had King David wished to write the word "pierced," he would never use the Hebrew word kaari. Instead, he would have written either DAGAR or RATZA, which are common Hebrew words in the Jewish scriptures. Needless to say, the phrase "they pierced my hands and my feet" is a Christian contrivance that appears nowhere in the Jewish scriptures. The word KAARI can be found in a number of other places in the Jewish scriptures. Yet predictably, the same Christian translators who rendered KAARI as "pierced" in Psalm 22 correctly translated it "like a lion" in all other places in the Hebrew Bible where this word appears   (Isaiah 38:13).

" Be not far from me for trouble is near  for there is none to help. Many bulls have encompassed me, strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round. They open wide their mouth against me, as a ravening and a roaring lion. For dogs have encompassed me, a company of evil-doers have inclosed me, like a lion, they are at my hands and my feet" (Psalm 22:11-13,17).

Notice how king David is using the animal motif to describe his enemies in the verses immediately before and after Psalm 22:17(16). In the surrounding verses of Psalm 22:17(16), the Psalmist looks to God for deliverance from his enemies whom he identifies as a – lion and a dog." See also 1 Samuel Ch. 17.

" But Thou, O HaShem, be not far off, O Thou my strength, hasten to help me. Deliver my soul from the sword, mine only one from the power of the dog. Save me from the lion's mouth, yea, from the horns of the wild-oxen do Thou answer me. I will declare Thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the congregation will I praise Thee. ''Ye that fear HaShem, praise Him, all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify Him, and stand in awe of Him, all ye the seed of Israel" (Psalm 22:20-24).

Psalm 40:7(6) "Sacrifice and meal-offering Thou hast no delight in; mine ears hast Thou opened ( You made me (David) able to hear Your voice); burnt-offering and sin-offering hast Thou not required."

The Christian mistranslation of Psalm 40:6 in Hebrews 10:5 "Therefore, when Christ came into the world, he said: "Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me;.." NIV

Biblical verses can only be understood by Studying the original Hebrew text – which reveals many discrepancies in the Christian translation. From where did these mistranslations stem? St. Gregory, 4th century Bishop of Nazianzus, wrote: "A little jargon is all that is necessary to impose on the people. The less they comprehend, the more they admire."

Kristallnacht Goes Political, Germany Features Pro-PA Jew:
This year’s Kristallnacht event in Germany hosts a former German Jew, whose presence inherently connects the pogrom with his known opposition to a Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria and his blame of Israel for “promoting anti-Semitism globally.”

Simon Wiesenthal Center: 2010 Top Ten Anti-Israel Lies: From the Spanish Inquisition to European pogroms, to the murder of 6 million Jews during the Holocaust, history proves that baseless hatred of Jews on a global scale existed long before the creation of the modern State of Israel. Anti Semitism is a historical phenomenon that existed and continues to exist regardless of Israel.

Non-Jewish Russians Suspected of Vandalizing Synagogue:   Striking on the evening before Kristallnacht, the vandals broke a glass window to enter the synagogue and then desecrated a holy Torah scroll and hurled prayer books on the floor, where they also spilled paint. The anti-Semites pulled prayer seats from the floor and destroyed shelves and cupboards storing holy books. Last March, vandals sprayed Swastikas and wrote ‘Death to Jews” on the “Rambam synagogue” in Petach Tikvah, and similar slogans were found on a yeshiva.

Memorial to Romanian Jews as Mass Grave Uncovered: On Friday, researchers announced that a mass grave had been discovered in a Romanian forest, near the town of Popricani, which is close to the city of Iaci. The grave contains the bodies of approximately 100 Jews – men, women, and children – shot by Romanian troops in 1941. At least 280,000 Jews and 11,000 Roma were murdered in Romania and territories it controlled during World War II. Prior to the Holocaust, Romania was home to an estimated 750,000 Jews. Its Jewish population today is estimated at less than 10,000.

Where there are no more Jews, the Muslim persecution of Christians has reached an intensity which clearly can be compared to the Nazi persecution of Jews 72 years ago. We know this, because we can hear and read what Islamic leaders say, and we can watch how they consistently execute ethnic cleansing in Sudan, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia and many other places.

In Iraq, Christians fear they could be wiped out — like Jews before them. A community almost as old as Christianity itself is disappearing rapidly. Nagam Riyadh was in the choir on Oct. 31 when gunmen stormed the church in an attack that has traumatized the Christian community here and raised questions about its future. The attack, claimed by an Al Qaeda-linked group, was followed two days later by 16 bombings in Shiite neighborhoods in Baghdad that killed at least 70 people.

Bombings target Christian neighbourhoods in Baghdad: Attacks on churches and homes, including that of a family caught in cathedral assault, leave at least four dead (Guardian, 10 Nov 2010).

Canadian PM Harper: A Threat to Jews Is a Threat to All of Us: “History shows us, and the ideology of the anti-Israel mob tells us all too well, that those who threaten the existence of the Jewish people are in the longer term a threat to all of us,” Prime Minister Harper said to an appreciative audience.

When will the Harper administration stop funding the Palestinian Authority? (Jews Applaud, PA & UNRWA Slam Canada's Funding Change, 01/17/10, INN).

Our enemies, which 72 years ago broke windows, are today trying to shatter the truth and Jewish history in the Land of Israel. They actively seek to annihilate the only country in the world where the Jewish people originated and wherein truth belongs.

"Rewriting the history of the Land of Israel in order to deny Israel's right to exist is central to Palestinian Authority (PA) policy. Long before it started the Terror War in 2000, the PA was fighting a history war – erasing Jewish history and replacing it with a fabricated Palestinian history" (Palwatch.org).

”Jews persecuted in Europe because of their"great love of money:"
PA TV history program
(PA TV (Fatah), Oct. 10 and 17, 2010), by Itamar Marcus and Barbara Crook (Palestinian Media Watch). A history program on official Palestinian Authority television has repeated an odious PA distortion of history. PA TV is controlled by the office of PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.

Obama: US to Pour $400 Million into PA (terrorist state): (INN, 06/10/10) The President also mentioned, once, the need for “more progress on both security as well as incitement issues” – to which Abbas responded, “I say in front of you, Mr. President, that we have nothing to do with incitement against Israel, and we’re not doing that.” Today, US Gives PA Additional $150 million (INN, Nov/10/10).

The Four-fold Threat :  Presenting a harrowing report on Tehran’s crimes at home and abroad, Irwin Cotler presses for effective sanctions to bring Ahmadinejad’s Iran to its knees. According to Irwin Cotler, as minister of justice and attorney general of Canada prosecuted Rwandans for genocidal incitement, the state-sanctioned incitement to genocide against Israel in Ahmadinejad’s Iran is stronger.

Moreover, he says, it comes not “just from a bunch of extremists, it comes from the supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, it comes from Ahmadinejad, and it comes from the Revolutionary Guards.” In his view, the international community has singularly failed to address the problem, with potentially horrific consequences.

“The enduring lesson of the Holocaust, Rwanda, Srebrenica and Darfur is that these genocides occurred not simply because of the machinery of death, but because of state-sanctioned incitement to genocide… The Holocaust did not begin in the gas chambers; it began with words. And we are not paying attention to this state-sanctioned incitement to genocide and to these words,” he insists.

In its incitement to genocide, the Iranian regime has gone through the full gamut of impugning Israel’s legitimacy as a state and that of the Jews as a nation. Ahmadinejad has denigrated Israel as “a false regime,” and Israelis as “an invented people.” Israel has been disparaged by Iranian leaders as “a cancerous tumor” and Jews as “a filthy germ.” In other words, Israel has been delegitimized and Jews dehumanized to justify their destruction.

Ever since Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini came to power in 1979, Iranian leaders have kept up a persistent barrage of threatening, genocidal language. Two striking examples: “There is only one solution to the Middle East problem, namely the annihilation and destruction of the Jewish state,” Iran’s spiritual leader Ali Khamenei declared in January 2001, and at the “World Without Zionism” conference in Tehran in October 2005, Ahmadinejad insisted that “the occupying [Israeli] regime must be wiped off the map.”

The leadership’s aggressive tone is often echoed in the Iranian press: “The nation of Muslims must prepare for the great war, so as to completely wipe out the Zionist regime and remove this cancerous growth. As the Imam Khomeini said, Israel must collapse,” the pro-regime Resalat newspaper wrote in an editorial in October 2006. And in February of this year, Khamenei warned that Israel’s “obliteration is certain,” and Ahmadinejad threatened that Israel will be “finished off… once and for all.”

In Cotler’s mind, there is no doubt that Iran has already committed the crime of state-sanctioned incitement to genocide under the 1948 UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. Moreover, he points out that state parties to the 1948 convention are obligated to take action against Iran for doing so. “It is not optional,” he says at the news conference. “Yet not one state party to the genocide convention, not the US, not my country Canada, not any EU country, has undertaken any of the mandated legal remedies under the convention to combat or prevent this threat,” he complains.

What is Israel really doing about Iran?  In his final briefing to the Knesset as head of Military Intelligence, Amos Yadlin summed up the security situation on Tuesday, at the end of his five-year term, by saying the security front is unusually quiet and that Israel's intelligence coverage of its enemies has improved - but that the next war, if and when it erupts, will be worse than its predecessors, especially for the home front. Yadlin, who is retiring after 40 years in the Israel Defense Forces, warned Knesset members "not to be misled" by the current calm.

He gave them new details about the anti-aircraft missiles Syria is acquiring and Iran's plans to build two new uranium enrichment facilities. And he warned that if another war breaks out, it is likely to be a much wider conflict than the last two, and said the casualties will almost certainly be much higher (03.11.10, Haaretz).

"I suggest that among other things, we could make a start by trying harder with Torah and mitzvot" Rabbi Avraham Greenbaum).

Jonah 3:10 "And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, which He said He would do unto them; and He did it not." See Jeremiah 31:17-21.

I Kings 28:29 'Seest thou how Ahab humbleth himself before Me? because he humbleth himself before Me, I will not bring the evil in his days;.."

Jeremiah 18:6-10 "'O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith HaShem. Behold, as the clay in the potter's hand, so are ye in My hand, O house of Israel. At one instant I may speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up and to break down and to destroy it; but if that nation turn from their evil, because of which I have spoken against it, I repent of the evil that I thought to do unto it.

And at one instant I may speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it; but if it do evil in My sight, that it hearken not to My voice, then I repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit it."

Exodus 32:11-14 "And Moses besought HaShem his G-d, and said: 'HaShem, why doth Thy wrath wax hot against Thy people, that Thou hast brought forth out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand?
Wherefore should the Egyptians speak, saying: For evil did He bring them forth, to slay them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth? Turn from Thy fierce wrath, and repent of this evil against Thy people.

Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel (Yaakov), Thy servants, to whom Thou didst swear by Thine own self, and saidst unto them: I will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven, and all this land that I have spoken of will I give unto your seed, and they shall inherit it for ever.'  And HaShem repented of the evil which He said He would do unto His people."

God relented from His intention to destroy the nation immediately, but this does not mean that the sin of the Golden Calf was forgotten. (Hosea 13:1-2). Those who worshiped it as an idol were put to death. Moses led the people in repentance, he went back to Mount Sinai to pray on their behalf continously for forty days, and even after all of that, the residue of that sin remains with us.

AUDIO: Rome and Jerusalem:  A 7 Radio's "Yishai Fleisher and Friends" with Yishai Fleisher. The eternal fight of Jacob and Esav is with us every day. Can Jerusalem and Rome exist in their splendor simultaneously?

No... The nations of the world are compared to the sun, while Israel is compared to the moon. Though Israel is the weakest and numerically smallest of the nations, (Deut. 4:27, 7:7-9), she is destined to rule the world after the dominion of evil will pass: The fourth kingdom; "the feet and the toes-which were partly of potter's clay and partly of iron-so it will be a divided kingdom..." The lands of the Roman empire came to be dominated by Edom-Rome/Esau and Ishmael, represented by Christianity and Islam-comprise the latter day; Forth Kingdom (Abarnel).

For as long as the greater light shines in the world, the lesser light is not seen. But when the greater light sets, the lesser light attains prominence. Similarly, as long as Esav’s light shines, Ya’akov’s light remains invisible. But when Esav’s light sets, then Yaakov's light becomes prominent! The future redemption is described as taking place "towards the evening" (Zechariah 14:7, Tzefaniah 2:7).

Isaiah 30:25-26 "And there shall be on every high mountain and on every raised hill, canals, rivulets of water, on the day of the great slaying, when the great ones (Christianity and Islam) fall. And the light of the moon shall be like the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold as the light of the seven days, on the day the Lord shall bind the fracture of His people, and the stroke of their wound He shall heal." These verses depict the great blessing that will come into the world when Israel will cast away their idols, and the radiant spiritual light that will shine when Israel will repent at the end of days.
