The Bronze Serpent
The Hebrew word "NACHASH" means snake or serpent in English. NACHASH can mean "the shiny one"--"As in NECHOSHET, "copper" or "bronze." The Hebrew letters of NACHASH and MASHIACH have exactly the same numerical value, 358--because the Nun of NACHASH is 50 which is the same of the Mem (40) plus Yud (10) of MASHIACH" (Rabbi Avraham Greenbaum).

"Now the serpent was cunning, more than all the beasts of the field that the Lord God had made, and it said to the woman, "Did God indeed say, 'You shall not eat of any of the trees of the garden?" (Genesis 3:1). The serpent is respected because of its wisdom and high intelligence. The Hebrew word used to describe the snake is "ARUMI," meaning cunning, subtle, crafty, and shrewd.

Revelation 12:9 says: "So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him." As we all maybe should know by now, this story composed by the authors of the Christian Bible is a deception. See "Who is Satan?"

Genesis 44:15 "And Joseph said unto them (his brothers): 'What deed is this that ye have done? know ye not that such a man as I will indeed divine?' To test and ascertain through knowledge, reason, and discernment that they stole the goblet (From Targum Onkelos). To test them, Joseph arranged for Benjamin to be arrested for theft and sentenced to a lifetime of slavery (Genesis 44:1-10). Would they now permit Benjamin to be a slave and leave him behind? "The word for DIVINING is NACHASH, the same word as the word for THE SERPENT who seduced Adam and Eve into eating the forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. Joseph raised the serpent to the level of Wisdom" (Chaim Clorfene).

Daniel 2:31-35 "Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This image, which was mighty, and whose brightness was surpassing, stood before thee; and the appearance thereof was terrible. As for that image, its head (Nebuchadnezzar) was of fine gold, its breast and its arms (Medea & Persia) of silver, its belly and its thighs (Greek Empire) of brass (NACHASH), its legs of iron (Aram, Edom-Rome), its feet part of iron (Aram-Edom-Rome-Christianity) and part of clay (Ishmael-Islam)."

Thou sawest till that a stone (Knowledge of God) was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon its feet that were of iron and clay, and broke them to pieces."
All the commentators are agreed that the stone that smashes the statue  – which Daniel explains as the MALCHUS (kingdom) that will never ever be destroyed – is the MALCHUS of Melech HaMashiach (kingdom of David) that we are awaiting soon in our times (Know Your Bible, Daniel Ch. 2,

"Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken in pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing-floors; and the wind carried them away, so that no place was found for them; and the stone (Knowledge of God) that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth. See Isaiah 11:9, 25:6-9, Habakkuk 2:11-14.

1 Samuel 17:6 "And he (GOLIATH) had greaves of brass (NECHOSHET) upon his legs, and a javelin of brass (NECHOSHET) between his shoulders." Rabbi Nachman of Breslov explains that the "greaves of brass (NECHOSHES) on his legs" allude to the God-concealing ideology which attributes everything to natural causes (the "legs") that Goliath represents. This is the ideology of the serpent (NACHASH). (Likutey Moharan Vol II, Torah 4:7-8). (Azamra: Know Your Bible 1 Sam. 17).

"And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slung it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead; and the stone (Knowledge of God) sank into his forehead, and he fell upon his face to the earth" (1 Samuel 17:49).

Daniel 2:40-41 ”And the fourth kingdom (Edom) shall be strong as iron; forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and beateth down all things; and as iron that crusheth all these, shall it break in pieces and crush. And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, it shall be a divided kingdom;..”

The fourth kingdom is divided between ARAM (iron) Esau-Edom, Rome and Ishmael (clay).
The lands of the Roman Empire came to be dominated by Edom and Ishmael, represented by Christianity and I-slam. Both – one as strong as iron, the other as weak as pottery, comprise the latter day, "Fourth Kingdom"  (Abarnel).

"The first A of ARAM is an ALEPH while the first A of ARUM, cunning, is an AYIN, so they are not from the same root; nevertheless ALEPH and AYIN are sometimes considered interchangeable as they are produced by the same part of the vocal aparatus" (Rabbi Avraham Greenbaum).

Esau was in fact the very incarnation of the serpent (see Targum on Gen. 25:27, where "knowing hunting" is translated as NACHASHIRCHAN, having the connotation of NACHASH, serpentine). (Azamra, Universal Torah, Parshah Toldos). "And the boys grew; and Esau was a cunning hunter, a man of the field; and Jacob was a quiet man, dwelling in tents."

Adam had been given only one commandment: not to eat from the tree, and now his resolve would be tested, to see if he could withstand temptation. " Adam and Eve followed the suggestion of the snake because their creation was not yet complete. And the eyes of both of them were opened (to wisdom), and they knew that they were naked (EIROM), and they sewed fig leaves and made themselves girdles" (Genesis 3:7). "The text suggests this by a play on the word for "naked," EIROM, which later on is written with a YUD and no VAV, but here is written with no YUD and a VAV--in the same form as ARUM, "cunning."

"Adam and Eve being "naked" meant that they had access to animal-knowledge but were not yet ready for free choice. lf G-d had first given them their "garments"--the complete clothing of thought, speech, and action that would enable their souls to achieve full expression--the snake could not have persuaded them."

Psalm 137:1,4,6,5 is a prophetic lament over the exiles, and a charge to them to never remove Jerusalem from their hearts, minds and prayers. "By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat, we also wept when we remembered (THOUGHT) Zion. "How shall we sing the song of the Lord on foreign soil?" May my tongue cling to my palate, if I do not remember you, if I do not bring up Jerusalem at the beginning of my joy (SPEECH). If I forget you, O Jerusalem, may my right hand forget [its skill] (ACTION).

PA Arabs Tell Pop Group: Don't Sing about Babylon: 1970s disco group Boney M performed at Ramallah this week, but the local music festival prevented it from performing one of its biggest hits, because it features the Jewish people's yearning for the Land of Zion, the Associated Press reported (INN, 07/22/10).

PA: "If I Forget Thee, Oh Jerusalem" First Said by Crusader: Continuing its policy of denying Jerusalem's Jewish heritage the Palestinian Authority publicized the claims of an Arab researcher that the well-known ancient Hebrew psalm, "If I forget three, Jerusalem, may my right hand forget its skill," is not Jewish at all, the Israeli research institute Palestininian Media Watch reports. Instead, Dr. Hayel Sanduqa insists the words were uttered by a Christian Crusader, and have only recently been "borrowed" by Jews and "falsified in the name of Zionism" (INN, 06/10/11).

What Would David Do? He would always yearn for Jerusalem, the Temple and pray for the Jewish people. "And when there came a lion, or a bear, and took a lamb (Jew) out of the flock, I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth; and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him" (1 Samuel 17:34-35). And he would slay Israel's enemies by the breath of his lips (speech) and his knowledge of God (Isaiah 11:4, 1 Samuel 17:49).

What Would You Do? You can pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6). "Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her; rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her;.. (Isaiah 66:10). Sing, write or speak up for the Jewish people, defend them against the wicked and refute their lies. If you cannot speak up yourselves, then you can invite a rabbi or a spokes person for a Jewish organization to your communty.

For the Jew to forget Jerusalem is tantamount to forgetting God: " I have placed the Lord before me constantly; because [He is] at my right hand, I will not falter. Therefore, my heart rejoiced, and my soul was glad; even my flesh shall dwell in safety. For You shall not forsake my soul to the grave; You shall not allow Your pious one to see the pit (grave). You shall let me know the way of life (the Torah), the fullness of joys in Your presence. There is pleasantness in Your right hand forever" (Psalm 16:8-11). "...from His right hand was a fiery Law (Torah) for them" (Deut. 33:2).

Psalm 27:8 "On Your behalf, my heart says, "Seek My presence." Your presence, O Lord, I will seek." "He restores my soul; He leads me in paths of righteousness (straight paths) for His name's sake." So that I should not fall into the hands of the wicked and their crooked paths (Psalm 23:3, Isaiah Ch. 59).

Psalm 73:23-28 "Yet I was constantly with You; You grasped my right hand. With Your counsel You led me, and after[wards], You took me [for] glory. For whom do I have in heaven, and I desired no one with You on earth. My flesh and my heart yearn; God is the rock of my heart and my portion forever. For behold, those who have distanced themselves from You will perish; You have cut off anyone who strays from You. But as for me-God's nearness is my good; I have placed my refuge in the Lord God, to tell all Your mission."

Psalm 110:5 "The Lord, on your right hand, has crushed kings on the day of His wrath." Who was on your right hand in the battle. Davids legendary power came through Divine favor earned through his righteousness.

Psalm 112:5-9 "Hallelujah. Praiseworthy is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly desires His commandments." His greatest desire is the fulfillment of God's will (Deut. 6:24-25, Isaiah 32:17-18, 48:17-19). "Good is the man who is gracious and lends, who conducts his affairs with moderation. For he will never falter; for an everlasting memorial will the righteous man be. He will not fear bad news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. His heart is steadfast, he will not fear until he sees in his adversaries. He distributed, he gave to the needy; his charity endures forever, his horn will be raised with glory."

The Tree of Knowledge By Tamar Frankiel ,
ChaBaD is a Hebrew acronym for Chochma (Wisdom), Bina (Understanding), and Daas (Knowledge).

"Now the Lord God said, "Behold man has become like one of us, having the ability of knowing good and evil, and now, lest he stretch forth his hand and take also from the Tree of Life (The Torah) and eat and live forever" (Genesis 3:22, Proverbs Ch. 3).

Numbers 21:6-9 " They journeyed from Mount Hor by way of the Red Sea to circle the land of Edom (because they did not allow them to pass through their land), and the people became disheartened (their soul became impatient, because of the hardship of traveling) because of the way." They were so close to entering the land and they had to turn back. They had been attacked by Amalek and now a new challenge arouse.

The people spoke against God and against Moses, "Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in this desert, for there is no bread and no water, and we are disgusted with this rotten bread."

The Lord sent against the people the venomous snakes, and they bit the people, and many people of Israel died.
The people came to Moses and said, "We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord and against you. Pray to the Lord that He remove the snakes from us." So Moses prayed on behalf of the people."

"The Lord said to Moses, "Make yourself a serpent and put it on a pole, and let whoever is bitten look at it and live. Moses made a copper snake and put it on a pole, and whenever a snake bit a man, he would gaze upon the copper snake and live." Does a serpent cause death of life? Rather when they looked upward and subjected their hearts to their Father in Heaven they were healed, but if not they died (Rosh Hashanah 29a). As in Isaiah 6:10 "lest he see with his eyes, and hear with his ears, and his heart understand, and he repent and be healed."

The “copper snake” that God commanded Moses to make in  brought people closer to God. "God had not specified the material from which Moses was to fashion the serpent, but he chose NECHOSHET, copper, because it contains the letters of NACHASH, the serpent that was attacking the sinners" (Rashi). It was a miracle within a miracle; the source of the destruction was the source of healing (Ramban).

But generations later, people began to consider the copper snake independent from God, they started to worship it as a seperate power. " Just as Moshe lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of Man be lifted up so that everyone who trusts in him may have eternal life" (John 3:14-15 CJB).

II Kings 18:3-8 "
Hezekiah did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, like all that his father David had done. He abolished the high places, and smashed the monuments, and cut down the asherah, and crushed the copper serpent that Moses had made, for until those days the children of Israel were burning incense to it; and he called it NEHUSHTAN." " A thing of copper,"  a pejorative term. Although Moses made it for a noble purpose, in later centuries it began to be looked upon as a deity. Therefore Hezekiah destroyed it.

He trusted in the God of Israel there was none like him among all the kings of Judah who were after him, nor were there before him. He cleaved to the Lord; he did not turn away from following Him; he kept His commandments, which He had commanded Moses. Now the Lord was with him: in everything he ventured he succeeded; and he rebelled against the king of Assyria and did not serve him. He slew the Philistines up to Gaza and its boundaries, from watchtower to fortified city."

With the courage of a David, Hezekiah made a complete turnabout from the path of his father,  he was determined to take away the intermediaries people had relied upon and lead them on the path of pure faith in HaShem. For nothing occurs on earth unless it is first decreed On High, and nothing is decreed above unless it is first determined below.

Deuteronomy Ch. 32 is the "Song" of which Moses spoke in Ch. 31. In it, Moses called heaven and earth to bear witness to all the calamities that will befall Israel if it sins-and the ultimate joy that will come with the final redemption.

Deuteronomy 32:4,7-9 "The deeds of the [Mighty] Rock are perfect, for all His ways are just; a faithful God, without injustice He is righteous and upright." God's judgment is exact and fair. He rewards the righteous, even though their reward may be slow in coming, and He rewards even the wicked for whatever good they may have done (Rashi).

Remember the days of old; reflect upon the years of [other] generations. Ask your father, and he will tell you; your elders, and they will inform you. When the Most High gave nations their lot, when He separated the sons of man, He set up the boundaries of peoples according to the number of the children of Israel. Because the Lord's portion is His people Jacob, the lot of His inheritance." Moses urges them to reflect upon the past to inquire of people who remember and understand history, who know how God regulated the course of the world according  to the needs of the Jewish people (Ramban).

According to Sforno the rest of the Song involves five sequential, historical themes: (a) God created the world so that all nations would join in achieving His goal; when they failed to do so, He chose Israel for this mission (Deut. 33:2); (b) He gave Israel a Land where they could serve Him in joy and prosperity, but they ungratefully rebelled (Deut. 28:45-69); (c) because of this, they deserved to be destroyed, but in order to avoid desecration of His Name, God was merciful and only exiled them; (d) at the End of Days, they will be redeemed (Deut. 4:27-31, Ch. 30); (e) Moses described the redemption and described how the enemies of Israel will be punished.

Deuteronomy 32:21 "They have provoked My jealousy with a non god, provoked My anger with their vanities. Thus, I will provoke their jealousy with a non people, provoke their anger with a foolish nation." Israel angered God by worshiping deities that had no power or value. Measure for Measure. God will let them be defeated and subjugated by nations that have no cultural or moral worth, nations that exist solely to exact retribution against Israel.

Way back on March 31, 1977, the Dutch newspaper Trouw published an interview with Palestine Liberation Organization executive committee member Zahir Muhsein. Here's what he said: The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct "Palestinian people" to oppose Zionism.

The Charter of Allah: The Platform of the Islamic Resistance Movement: "This is the Charter of the Islamic Resistance (Hamas) which will reveal its face, unveil its identity, state its position, clarify its purpose, discuss its hopes, call for support to its cause and reinforcement, and for joining its ranks. For our struggle against the Jews is extremely wide-ranging and grave, so much so that it will need all the loyal efforts we can wield, to be followed by further steps and reinforced by successive battalions from the multifarious Arab and Islamic world, until the enemies are defeated and Allah’s victory prevails. Thus we shall perceive them approaching in the horizon, and this will be known before long: “Allah has decreed: Lo! I very shall conquer, I and my messenger, lo! Allah is strong, almighty.”

Israel's defeat, the victors thought, was due to their own strength and that of their gods. They would never believe that they succeeded only because God used them as His rod. To prevent this God will stay their hand.

The Palestinian Right to Israel  by Dr. Alex Grobman: An eminent historian exposes the myths and lies of the Arab claim to the land of Israel in a well written, thoroughly researched book. He shows that the Arabs have never accepted the right of Jews to re-establish their sovereignty in the land of Israel, and how they continually try to refute the Jewish connection to Israel, especially the city of Jerusalem: by destroying Temple Mount artifacts to eliminate any evidence of a Jewish past, by accusing Israeli archeologists of manipulating authentic archeological evidence to justify the Jewish people’s right to Israel and by charging that the Jews are not a people at all, and are consequently not entitled to a country of their own.

Deuteronomy 32:26-31 " I had said, 'I will scatter them (this refers to the exile of the Ten Tribes, who were scattered to an unknown place where they have never been heard from again), I will cause their memory to cease from man' (this is a reference to the exile of Judah and Benjamin, the Davidic kingdom, from which today's known Jews are descended. Over the course over the long exile, Jews were regarded as insignificant, as if they had no independent standing as a nation worthy of note) - were it not that the anger of the enemy was pent up, lest his tormenters misinterpret; lest they say, 'Our hand was raised in triumph, and it was not HaShem Who accomplished all this!'

Israels enemies will think that they prevailed by their own prowess, independently of God's anger - but that will be their undoing, because it will cause God to intervene on the side of Israel. For God had said that He would not permit His Name to be desecrated by total annihilation of His people.

Ramban explains that God created man to know that He is the Creator, but as all the nations sinned, only Israel remained as His loyal servant. If the tormentors of Israel were to succeed in destroying it entirely, who would remember why the world was created? And when historians would discover traces of Israel, the nations would say that it became extinct through natural means, not because God had a hand in its destiny. Therefore God never allows Israel to disappear, it is a constant remainder of God's plan, and eventually it will thrive and fulfill God's intention for it.

The non-Jewish conquerors are convinced of their own invincibility  because they are to foolish to analyze what happened; Deuteronomy 32:28-30
"For they are a nation devoid of counsel, and they have no understanding. If they were wise, they would understand this; they would reflect upon their fate. How can one [person] pursue a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, unless their [Mighty] Rock has sold them out, and the Lord has given them over?"

If they had considered the magnitude of Israel's downfall, they would have realized that only God could have brought this about. They would have understood that the only reason Israel could have suffered such an ignominious end was that its sins had caused God to hand them over to its enemies. Otherwise, how was it possible for one soldier to pursue a thousand, and for two people to pursue ten thousand? Clearly it was God's doing (Rashi).

Deuteronomy 32:31 "For their rock is not like our [Mighty] Rock. Nevertheless, our enemies sit in judgment." The enemy should have realized that their triumphs were not due to the power of their gods, for their rock, i.e., god, is no comparison to the true Rock. Clearly, therefore, if our enemies judge us, i.e., defeat and punish us, it is because God willed it so (Rashi).

According to Ramban, Moses is chastising Israel's enemies, telling them that their victories are temporary and that they should realize that God will bring them to account for their own sins. They should understand what their own end will be (v 29), for just as God's hand in Israel's defeat was undeniable, so the victors should have realized
that their own downfall at His hands are invitable.

Deuteronomy 32:32-35 "For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the field of Gemorrah; their grapes are grapes of rosh, and they have bitter clusters. Their wine is the bitterness of serpents, and the bitterness of the ruthless cobras. Is it not stored up with Me, sealed up in My treasuries? Vengeance is poised with Me, and it will pay at the time their foot stumbles. For the appointed day of their reckoning is near, and what is destined for them hastens." According to Ramban and Sforno this is a warning to the nations that their cruelties to Israel would not be forgotten, and retribution will come to them when their own measure of sin is filled.

Deuteronomy 32:36-44 "When the Lord will judge His people, and will reconsider His servants, when He sees that the power (of the enemy) is increasing, and none is controlled or strengthened." The power of Israels enemies will have grown without stop, and God will see that none of the Jews has an avenue of salvation through a government or assistance through an ally (Rashi).

"Then He will say, "Where is their deity, the rock in which they trusted, who ate the fat of their sacrifices and drank the wine of their libations? Let them arise and help you! Let them be your shelter!"

The punishment is to provide atonement for the venom of sin and to shock the sinner into recognition that he must repent and retrace his steps back to loyal service of God. The gods are not necessarily made of metal or stone. One persons god may be an idol, another's may be money or privileged position or highly placed connections or an ideology for which he is ready to risk everything. The main ideology behind Islamic terrorism is the principle of Jihad or holy war, that is the cornerstone of Islam. Jihad advocates war on non-Muslims and apostates.

"See now that it is I! I am the One, and there is no god like Me! I cause death and grant life. I strike, but I heal, and no one can rescue from My Hand!" God appeals to Israel to recognize now, in its predicament, that only He is God. He is both the only one Who can can raise someone to the heights and Who can cast him down to the depths, and no god is with Me to prevent Him from carrying out His judgment (Rashi). There is no god with independent power an none that is an intermediary between God and Israel.

"For I raise up My hand to heaven, and say, 'As I live forever.'
When I sharpen the blade of My sword, and My hand grasps judgment, I will bring vengeance upon My adversaries and repay those who hate Me. I will intoxicate My arrows with blood, and My sword will consume flesh, from the blood of the slain and the captives, from the first breach of the enemy."

God raises His hand in an oath that He will turn His anger against the persecutors of Israel, calling them My enemies, for those who attack Israel are attacking God, as well. When He considers the suffering inflicted upon Israel, He will sharpen His sword of judgment, as it were, for He will show no mercy to the pillagers of His people.

"Sing out praise, O you nations, for His people! For He will avenge the blood of His servants, inflict revenge upon His adversaries, and appease His land [and] His people."

When the final redemption comes and the world sees that Israel is restored to its glory and its enemies are punished for what they did to it, the nations of the world will recognize Israel’s greatness and praise it as God’s people (Rashi).

As to their defense that they are blameless because they were only carrying out the Divine Judgment, the prophet Zechariah (1:15) refutes such an argument: God was angry only to a small degree, but they unleashed their full measure of hatred, without justification (Rashi).

Zechariah 1:13-15
"Proclaim, saying: 'So said the Lord of Hosts, I am jealous for Jerusalem, and for Zion-great jealousy.” (I am exacting the retribution for the cause of Jerusalem from those who oppress her (Rashi). And I am very angry with the nations that are at ease, for I was wroth a little, and they helped to do harm.”
Therefore, so said the Lord: 'I have returned to Jerusalem with mercy; My house shall be built there,' says the Lord of Hosts. 'And a plumb line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.' Further, proclaim, saying: so said the Lord of Hosts, 'My cities shall yet spread out with prosperity, and the Lord shall yet console Zion and shall yet choose Jerusalem."

Psalm 123:3-4 ”Be gracious unto us, O LORD, be gracious unto us; for we are full sated with contempt. Our soul is full sated with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt (they despised Jerusalem and the Temple, Psalm 137:7-8) of the proud oppressors.”

Amos 1:11 ”So said the Lord: For three sins of Edom, yea for four, I will not return them (reverse it): For pursuing their brother with a sword, and they destroyed their mercy and grasped forever their anger and kept their fury forever.” This refers to the pursuit by Esau (Edom) of his brother Jacob, the refusal of the Edomites to allow Moses and the Children of Israel to pass through their territory on the way to Israel (Numbers 20:14ff) and to the destruction of the Second Temple by the Romans.

Psalm 58 is a prayer for the destruction of the violent oppressors (Hamas means violence in Hebrew) in order that all may say, "God is the true Judge in the land." In this Psalm the wicked is likened to serpents (verses 4-7).

"The wicked become estranged [even] from the womb; those who speak lies go astray from birth."

HAMAS VIDEO: Every Muslim fetus seeks Jihad: "True foundation and education start in the mosques... Do you realize what the mosque is? It is a prime factory educating men to fear and please Allah; [it is] the prime factory educating Jihad fighters... The mosque is the life of Muslims, and the symbol of their courage and honor... The Palestinian fetus in its mother's womb, the Muslim fetus throughout the world in its mother's womb, call [on Muslims] to unite through fear of Allah, through pleasing Him, and through choosing Jihad and Resistance [terror]."

"They have venom like the venom of a serpent, like a deaf cobra that closes its ear, Which will not hear the voice of charmers, the most cunning caster of spells." The haters of the Jews spew forth their hate and e verybody knows that these people were fed a steady diet of hatred and anti-Semitism from birth. The Mosques taught it, the parents lived it, and the Jews suffered it. All nations close in reality their ears to the suffering of the Jewish people, no nation really hears the rockets that explode in Israel save those living on its sacred soil.

"O God, smash their teeth in their mouth; break the molars of lions, O Lord." David tells us from where our salvation will spring forth: only from Hashem. It is all in His hands.

Rhythm of the Heart: Tehillim Ch. 58 by Rabbi Yitzchok Rubin

A snakes forked tongue is synonymous with duplicity: 'Abbas in Vietnam, May 23-26, 2010: 'We Are Comrades in Struggle and Fighting:' In his meeting with Vietnamese Communist President Nguyen Minh Triet, he compared the struggle of the Vietnamese people to that of the Palestinian people, and expressed confidence that the Palestinians would triumph just as the Vietnamese did. "We Have Both Suffered Occupation, Colonialism and Oppression; You Prevailed, and So Shall We." Two weeks after his statements in praise of the Vietnamese struggle against the American occupier, he visited Washington, where he spoke in favor of a peaceful resolution to the Palestinian problem (MEMRI, June 14, 2010).

Abbas: "If all of you [Arab States] will fight Israel, we are in favor" (Al-Hayat Al-Jadida (Fatah), July 6, 2010, PMW ).

PLO Flag to Fly in Washington D.C.: The PLO's chief representative in the United States, Maen Areikat,  said that this step makes the PLO's status in the United States equivalent to its status in Canada and many western European countries (Israel National News, 07/23/10).

PA Minister Incites Terror: Follow Model of Munich Massacre: A Palestinian Authority minister encouraged people to follow the example of Munich massacre mastermind Abu Daoud. In a program on Hizbullah’s Al-Manar television earlier this month, PA Minister Mohammed Ishtayeh praised the terrorists who planned the massacre of Israeli athletes at the Olympic Games in Munich in 1972.

“The martyr Abu Daoud continues the convoy of martyrs who fell for the sake of Palestine,” the PA minister said. “We all follow his path. “As for the claim that history can be written in a different way, I think it is unjust to say that Palestinian history can be written in a different ink. “The ink in which Palestinian history has been written is red. I believe it will continue to be written in red ink.”

Abbas: American Jews on My Side Now:
The lobbyists “told me that I had created a revolution among American Jews, and that they had decided to go to President Obama and tell him: there is a Palestinian partner for peace – but is there an Israeli partner?” Abbas said.
"They promised they would go to Netanyahu and tell him to disassemble his coalition or announce that he agrees to a two-state solution,” he added. (Israel National News, 07/23/10).

Abbas: Jerusalem is capital for Arabs, both Muslim and Christian: He added: 'The Arabs are required to take a clear and well-defined position concerning Jerusalem, and to view Jerusalem as the capital of the Arab nation, both Islamic and Christian, and to show concern for Jerusalem and to devote all resources for the sake of protecting the land and its construction and for defending its inhabitants" (Al-Hayat Al-Jadida (Fatah), Mar. 3, 2010, PMW).

FIRE ON THE MOUNTAIN: Moslem Construction / Destruction (February-March, 2010). It is unclear from these photographs just what the Moslem Wakf may be building on the Temple Mount, but it is abundantly clear just what they are destroying. Among the large timbers seen stacked up and being used for firewood are timbers that have been carbon-dated as three thousand years old. These massive woooden beams are the cedars of Lebanoon described in the Book of Kings, which were specially ordered by King Solomon for the construction of the Holy Temple. Today, these ancient witnesses to the Divine service of the first Holy Temple, are being used for firewood  (The Temple Institute).
